5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bt50 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A confirmed breach of bt50's Terms & Conditions as determined by our compliance team.
• The member failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Bt50 accepts valid chargeback claims related to deposit transactions made by the member in question.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.
• The member submits a voluntary account closure request through bt50's self-exclusion feature.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bt50 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance as compensation, depending on the severity of the breach. For voluntary or standard account closures, any cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

9 bt50 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, bt50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the bt50 platform due to technical reasons beyond our control.
• Loss of data or information resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes legitimately generated by bt50's certified RNG system.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers or game software providers.
• Any financial losses arising from a member's own betting decisions in any bt50 game.

Bt50's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendments to bt50's Terms & Conditions

11 Malaysian Law & Jurisdiction

These bt50 Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the bt50 platform shall first be resolved through bt50's internal dispute resolution process.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the rules set by the relevant authority. The language used in all proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English.
